Been here a few times awhile ago and forgot why I never wanted to come back. Staff is friendly but the service is really slow, and internet was down at the time which slowed the process even more. The price is 3X more than any other pharmacies.

Very Rude asian lady not very helpful I went there getting Ozempic she was asking a lot off questions what is for is it for losing weight or diabetes when I told her losing weight. The where she was giving me a look unbelievable And I also Got diabetes she told me she cannot put me in waiting list because she got 40 people already waiting when she saw it was a repeat from TERRYWHITE Chemmart I don’t think so she like in fact I went TERRYWHITE Chemmart at beginning

Was told I couldn’t get important blood pressure meds to tide me over till I got a script because I hadn’t been in the pharmacy for 4 months. I checked when I got home to discover it was only 1 month. They were very arrogant & refused to apologise for their mistake!! I had been a customer for many years & had previously been treated quite well so it was a shock & I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I won’t go back there again!!!

Couldn’t rate this pharmacy more highly. Always efficient, kind, knowledgeable and effective service. They also managed to squeeze my friend and myself in for a vaccine booster shot at the last minute and showed enormous flexibility and kindness. Really recommend this pharmacy, definitely go there!
